His work includes management of large patent portfolios, drafting patent applications, prosecution of IP rights, validity and patentability opinions, and litigation portfolios. He has been involved in patentability opinions; the preparation and prosecution of patent applications all over the world.
Rephael has significant experience drafting patentability opinions, and drafting and prosecuting patent applications in a variety of mechanical, medical devices, computing-related fields, telecommunication, and Biotech. He has been involved in due diligence matters; infringement, and opposition proceedings worldwide.
