This past week, the UK High Court ruled in favor of our client, Estar Medical, a leading global developer and manufacturer of innovative medical products, in a litigation lawsuit initiated by Regen Lab SA.
Regen sought to enforce its European Patent but the UK Court agreed with Estar Medical that the patent was invalid and as a result revoked the patent. This win is an excellent example of the firm’s prominence in cross-border disputes. Represented by Daniel J.
