BIOGRAPHY
With over 30 years of experience, Yossi is a seasoned dual-qualified U.S. and Israeli transactional lawyer, with vast expertise in Israel and abroad, both in law firms and corporations.
His work includes advising companies at all stages of their life cycle, as well as VC funds and angel investors. He has been involved in investment deals and mergers and acquisitions, handling high-profile commercial agreements on behalf of his clients, and in many complex cross-border transactions.
Yossi also served as a Vice President, General Counsel, and Company Secretary of Telit Communications, as well as an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal.
Yossi’s clients range from small-sized companies to global corporations. He represents multinationals and companies at all stages of their development, in various sectors, such as hi-tech, cyber, fintech, gaming, life sciences, food tech, retail, software, manufacturing, and many more.
