With 15 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, Adv. Nathaniel Agou has vast expertise in intellectual property disputes, involving intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, counterfeiting, and unfair competition.

Nathaniel’s work includes dispute resolution, with an emphasis on intellectual property litigation. He has been involved in disputes related to civil proceedings, motions for temporary injunctions, seizure orders, oppositions, and applications for cancellation before the Israel Patents, Designs and Trademarks Office as well as the entire range of Israeli civil courts and arbitration tribunals.
