We assist our clients in protecting and leveraging the equity of their brands, as well as enforcing our clients’ trademark and intellectual property rights in the marketplace and in the courts.
In addition, we also develop design-around strategies to enable our clients to compete effectively. Working closely with our retail and manufacturing clients, we are able to recognize and address issues and risks, take advantage of opportunities, and develop specific strategies.
We advise our clients on product labeling, retail store services, naming and website issues, merchant and finance agreements and commercial agreements, as well as commercial litigation and related issues.
